Our pet boarding facility is located near Burlington, Milton, Oakville, and Hamilton. Please note that pricing is subject to change without notice and HST is applicable to all services.

Dog Boarding Packages

Standard boarding includes the daily care of your pet in the comfort of one of our standard dog suites. Your pet is kept in a climate-controlled environment as the kennels are heated or air-conditioned as necessary and are secured for a safe and calm evening sleep. Each dog kennel consists of an indoor and outdoor patio. The outdoor patios are sheltered and private for your pet’s use only.

Dog Daycare – $25/day

We welcome your family pet to our facilities during our regular business hours. Doggie Daycare includes our standard boarding in one of our doggy dens. Every three hours your pet will enjoy the outdoors with their own private run. We’ll also provide a meal (if required) and a snack.

Please advise us if a meal is necessary for your dog’s stay

We have designed premium boarding packages to provide your dog with some extra attention during their stay. Each package includes the same care as our standard package with a selection of our additional services. You can customize your dog’s stay with any of these services added to whichever boarding package suits your dog’s needs.

Exercise

Walks

Let your dog enjoy the outdoors (on a leash with one of our caregivers) for some extra exercise and added one on one attention.

Petting Sessions

Your dog will receive all the extra tummy rubs, hugs, and cuddles and all the extra attention to make their stay more enjoyable.

Playtime

Give your dog some extra outdoor play time in a fenced-in outdoor pen with one of our caregivers. Playtime includes games like fetch and tug a rope.

Bath

Basic Bathing

Our baths include a thorough shampoo, conditioner, drying and brushing (we do not de-mat). Bath prices will depend on the size of your dog and the length of their hair.

Flea Bathing

We do our best to keep away fleas by keeping our premises clean inside and out. Though it’s rare that your dog would get fleas at our facility, we can’t guarantee that it would never happen. What we do promise is to work hard in the prevention of fleas. We recommend that flea preventative programs such as “Advantage” be properly utilized. If your pet has fleas, we will notify you by your home telephone number and leave a message if we are able. Your pet will be bathed at your expense and the charge will be added to your invoice.

Brushing

Daily brushing of your dog’s coat will help maintain the original condition of your their fur.

Nail Trim

We’ll happily trim your dog’s nails. However, your dog must be staff-friendly and cooperative for the safety of your dog and our staff.

Teeth Brushing

We’re happy to maintain the health of your dog’s teeth, but they must be staff friendly for both the safety of your dog and our staff.

Treats

Stuffed Kongs

Available with meat, cheese and kibbles. For the dogs with a sweet tooth, there are dessert kongs with peanut butter, cookies, and kibble. We provide the kongs and carefully clean them daily.

Doggy Delight

The ultimate treat for the dog with a sweet tooth — or two! This treat will indulge your pet with heavenly frozen yoghurt and a few doggy cookies.

Doggy’s Choice Breakfast

A special breakfast for your family member. Scrambled eggs, bacon Beggin’ Strips and Bow Wow Bagels for our canine guests.

Holiday Meals

Not here to spend the holidays with your dog? Don’t worry! Give them freshly roasted turkey with creamy whipped potatoes, nibblet corn, and carrots.

Cat Boarding Packages

Specially designed cat suites are provided to make your cat’s stay enjoyable. We will clean their suites and provide fresh pine litter daily. The suites include a scratching post, shelf, and soothing music. We provide the tender loving care that will make your cat’s stay enjoyable.

Prrfectly Pleasing

This package includes boarding in one of our largest cat units. These large floor-to-ceiling units are great for active cats as they feature multi-level shelves. Each unit has a large window to give your cat the opportunity to bask in the sun while watching the birds and wildlife outdoors.

Frisky Feline

This package includes boarding in one of our deluxe units. These units are perfect for any cat that likes to keep themselves occupied. Each unit has a view of the many goldfish in the gallery’s aquarium and a space for your cat to climb and play.

First Rate Feline

This package includes boarding in one of our smaller units. These units provide a cozy space with a view of the goldfish in the aquarium, a shelf for exercise, and a scratching post. These units are perfect for less active cats or those that prefer smaller quarters.

A stay in any of our cat units always includes ear scratches and petting! For extra attention or exercise, treat your cat to any additional services during their stay, including our premium Kitty Catering Kit.

Kitty Catering Kit

The ultimate package to pamper your cat with one-on-one attention. This package includes salmon, playtime, extra petting, and brushing.

Playtime

A chance for your cat to play with one of our caregivers. Playtime can be customized to your cat’s preferences for toys.
